Bear Mountain Machine is a complete CNC milling and turning shop based in Southwest Idaho. We have over 40 years of experience working in machinery, fabrication, restoration, black oxidation and more.
Our machines include a 4-axis horizontal mill, 3- & 4- axis vertical mills, 5-axis Swiss CNC screw machines, twin spindle live tooling CNC Lathes and CNC Lathes up to 3 1/8” capacities.

Our fabrication group has sheet metal forming with 10 foot CNC Press Brake, along with CNC Tube Bender up 3” diameter (other sizes available). MiG, TiG and Oxy-Acetylene welding and brazing capabilities. Our Plasma-Arc cuts up to 3⁄4” thickness.
We offer state-of-the art Powder Coating & E-coating capabilities with 15 ft. X 8 ft. X 6 ft. capacity in the oven.

What Can Bear Mountain Machine Do For You?
We range in custom parts ranging from medical parts, specialty screws, etc. Our machines are able to hold very close tolerances. We have the ability to produce one to 900,000 piece orders. In addition, we do prototype work. If you have a part that you would like designed we will be able to help. Our prices range depending on the part, quantity and run time.
